Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)

At My Magic Therapy, we are committed to offering ethical, empathetic, and professional services. However, due to the nature of therapy and therapist time allocation, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Therapist has been assigned but you choose not to proceed.
• Voluntary cancellation of sessions or packages before use.
• Dissatisfaction after attending one or more sessions.
• Midway cancellation of a package.
• Failure to join at the scheduled time.
• Session lapse due to package validity expiry.
• Technical issues at the client’s end (internet, device problems).
• Non-achievement of expected outcomes (therapy is subjective and results vary).

Only Exception:

If My Magic Therapy is unable to assign you a therapist within 7 working days of confirmed payment and after the date of Booking Appointment, we will provide rescheduling or alternate arrangements. Refunds will not be issued.
