By using this website and our services, you agree to the terms stated in this document, as updated from time to time.

Terms of Use

We at My Magic Therapy  (“PsychiCare”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) care about you (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”, “User”) and your use of this website. These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of this website and all services provided hereunder, including by way of any different modes, as updated from time to time (“Services”).

By using or visiting the website, or by using any content or information provided as part of the website/services, you agree to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

• · No cancellations / no money return after booking. We can reschedule your booking for another date & time.
• · Minimum age for consulting or taking sessions with My Magic Therapy is 21 years.
• · Every person's identity will be kept 100% private.
• · All sessions are conducted via Zoom worldwide. The link will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
• · Our team member will join the Zoom as per availability. More than one therapist/healer may join depending on case complexity.
• · No Zoom recording will be done by My Magic Therapy Group, and clients are not permitted to record the meeting.
• · Email us with any questions regarding your booking.
• · All terms and conditions are subject to change.
• · We do not take any cases of supernatural subject matter.

Acceptable Use

• · You must use our services for legal, authorized and acceptable purposes only.
• · You must not misuse the Services in ways that violate, misappropriate or infringe our rights, are unlawful, or instigate offenses of moral turpitude.
• · We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or withdraw access to the website or Services at our sole discretion.
• · By accepting these Terms, you agree that our consultants, therapists, doctors, or third-party providers are not personally responsible or liable for any consequence to you as a result of your availing Services.

Customer Redressal

If you have any queries or complaints regarding your use of the Services or these Terms, please write to us My Magic Therapy @gmail.com.
We aim to respond within seven (7) business days.

Cancellation Policy

• · Once payment is made, cancellations by the client are not eligible for refunds.
• · Cancellation initiated by My Magic Therapy (for example, therapist unavailability without prior intimation) will be handled through rescheduling only.

Rescheduling Policy

We respect both client and therapist time. Please read carefully:

• 1. Minimum 5-6-Hour Notice Required
  Clients must inform us at least 5-6 hours before the session to reschedule.
• 2. Missed Sessions Without Prior Notice
  Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be forfeited and counted as utilized.
• 3. Therapist Availability
  Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability. The same time/day cannot be guaranteed.
• 4. Rescheduling Policy:
  To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, rescheduling is allowed up to two times only. Any further rescheduling requests beyond this limit will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered as completed.
• 5. Technical Issues (Client’s Side)
  If a session cannot proceed due to internet/device problems at the client’s end, it will be considered utilized.
• 6. Therapist Cancellations
  If a therapist cancels due to emergencies, we will inform you and reschedule at your convenience.
• 7. Package Validity
  All sessions must be used within the validity period of the package. Rescheduling does not extend validity unless explicitly approved.

Disclaimer on Therapy Outcomes

Therapy is a collaborative process. While our therapists are qualified and RCI-registered/licensed professionals, results vary from person to person. No guarantees are provided regarding therapy outcomes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• · These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• · Any disputes must be first raised through our customer redressal mechanism (My Magic Therapy @gmail.com).
• · If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
